Volunteer Coordination Agreement

VOLUNTEER COORDINATION AGREEMENT — DoGoodNow

This Agreement is entered into between DoGoodNow ("Platform") and the
nonprofit organization listed on this application ("Organization").

1. AUTHORITY TO LIST
The individual completing this application represents and warrants that
they have authority to act on behalf of the Organization and to bind the
Organization to the terms of this Agreement.

2. ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Organization is responsible for:
  (a) Maintaining accurate descriptions of volunteer opportunities;
  (b) Conducting any background checks, training, or screening required
      for volunteer roles;
  (c) Providing appropriate supervision, safety equipment, and instructions
      to volunteers participating in Organization activities;
  (d) Carrying appropriate insurance coverage (general liability and, where
      applicable, volunteer accident coverage);
  (e) Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding
      volunteer engagement.

3. VOLUNTEER RELATIONSHIP
Volunteers connected through the Platform are not employees of the Platform
and the Platform makes no representations regarding any individual volunteer's
qualifications, conduct, or character beyond identity verification.

4. INDEMNIFICATION
The Organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DoGoodNow, its
officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities
arising out of volunteer activities coordinated by the Organization.

5. CONDUCT STANDARDS
The Organization agrees not to use the Platform to engage in or facilitate:
  (a) Discrimination based on protected characteristics;
  (b) Solicitation outside of stated volunteer purposes;
  (c) Conduct that would bring the Platform into disrepute.

6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Platform reserves
the right to remove organizations that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

By accepting below, the Organization affirms that it has read, understood,
and agrees to be bound by these terms.
